It's nice that they have a table of symbols at the back, but some of these appear to mis-cite page numbers. The index itself is the skimpie

the book looks like a new one. there is no mark in the book at all. It might have a different front cover than the hard cover version of this book. But the content as well as the pages are identical to the hard cover one. But with this paper cover book, you save a lot.
